At Elite Laptop Parts, we strive to provide you with the best quality products. If you need to exchange an item, we're here to help.

Exchange Details:

The warranty period is valid for 90 days starting from the first unit delivered date. The warranties will be calculated starting from the day customer receives the products.

Cosmetic Defects: Report within 5 days upon receipt. Once installed, warranty is not valid.

Functional Defects/DOA: Report within 90 days upon receipt.
-
The replacement unit will be warranted for the remainer of the first unit’s warranty period.

Exchange Conditions

We do not accept returns for refund or credit.

We will assist in exchanging the items if they are DOA (Dead on Arrival), the stock provided is inaccurate or there is damage caused by the delivery partner.

We will not accept the exchange of products with the following conditions:
1) Physical damage caused by accident or misuse, for example scratches, dents, cracks, liquid damage and wear & tear.
2) If the supplier warranty label being removed from the unit
3) Cosmetic defect for parts that already being installed into machine. -
The shipping costs associated with the exchange will be borne by Elite Laptop Parts, unless the exchange is not covered under the warranty.

An exchange fee may be charged if the reason for the exchange is not caused by Elite Laptop Parts.

Customer will need to bear the risk of damage if the unit is not returned in its original packaging.
Exchange Process

Document the Issue: Take photos or videos of the part clearly showing our label and the damage or fault. Send these to our agent for investigation.

Pack the Item: Once the defect is confirmed and verified, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice and attach our label to the package.

Send the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team at Elite Laptop Parts' cost.

Investigation and Eligibility: Upon receiving the item, we will investigate and determine if it is eligible for exchange. If eligible, we will arrange for the replacement part to be sent to you as soon as possible. If not eligible, we will return the part to you at your own cost.

The replacement part will be either new or refurbished parts due to stock availability and will make sure that it is functioned and compatible.

If a replacement part is not available, Elite Laptop Parts may provide FOC repair of the defective unit or refund in full to customers.

Elite Laptop Parts reserves the rights to withhold any exchange if your original item have not reached our warehouse.

Exchanges may take within 14 business days after receiving returned item (excluding shipping time).

While stocks last, Elite Laptop Parts will be exchanging the same product to you.

However, if the exchange product is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an exchange for an item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
