    Yes, warranty period is valid for 90 days starting from the first unit delivered date. The warranties will be calculated starting from the day customer receives the products. Cosmetic Defects: Report within 5 days upon receipt. Once installed, warranty is not valid. Functional Defects/DOA: Report within 90 days upon receipt. The replacement unit will be warranted for the remainer of the first unit’s warranty period.

Pack the Item: Once the defect is confirmed and verified, please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice and attach our label to the package. Send the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team at Elite Laptop Parts' cost. Investigation and Eligibility: Upon receiving the item, we will investigate and determine if it is eligible for exchange. If eligible, we will arrange for the replacement part to be sent to you as soon as possible. If not eligible, we will return the part to you at your own cost. If a replacement part is not available, Elite Laptop Parts may provide FOC repair of the defective unit or refund in full to customers.

    Our warranty does not cover: Physical damage caused by accidents or misuse, such as scratches, dents, cracks, liquid damage, and normal wear and tear. Removal of the supplier warranty label from the unit. Cosmetic defects for parts that have already been installed in a machine * Customer will need to bear the risk of damage if the unit is not returned in its original packaging.
